1. Safe operation:

2. Preparation:
a. Ensure that all required raw materials, such as asphalt, stone and additives, are prepared as specified and stored in a suitable area.
b. Check the operating condition of the mixing equipment, including mixers, conveyor belts and storage bins, to ensure they are all in good working order.
c. Adjust equipment parameters, such as output, mixing time and temperature, according to production requirements.
3. Start production:
a. Start the mixer and conveyor belt and make sure they are in proper operation.
b. Put stone, asphalt and additives into the mixer in predetermined proportions as required.
c. Use the control system provided by supplier AIMIX to monitor and adjust parameters such as temperature, mixing time and dosage ratio during the mixing process to ensure that the mixed materials are fully mixed and meet the predetermined quality standards.
4. Cleaning and maintenance:
a. Keep the equipment clean by shutting down the mixer and conveyor belt and cleaning the asphalt and stone residues from the equipment surface after production.
b. Periodically check the lubrication of the equipment and add or replace lubricants according to the recommendations of the supplier AIMIX to ensure proper operation of the equipment.
c. Regularly inspect the mechanical and electrical parts of the equipment, such as belts and electrical wiring, to ensure their proper operation and repair or replace faulty parts in a timely manner.
d. If any malfunction or abnormality is found, inform the maintenance personnel in time and take appropriate measures to ensure the safety and reliability of the equipment.
